The BOD are ambassadors: through introductions that encourage participation, the mission, vision, programs and events of Millay Arts are communicated to a diverse and receptive audiences.

The BOD secures financial health: through direct support and fiscal oversight that guide the organization, a solid foundation for a thriving future is maintained.
SUSTAIN
The BOD ensures success: through governance of policies and procedures, and participation in planning, programs, meetings and events, the sustainability as well as evolution of Millay Arts is secured.

When Vincent came here and built our beloved Sears Roebuck Barn in 1926, I am sure she had no idea that in our 51 years we will have hosted 3000 outstanding creators.
