We are thrilled to collaborate with the artist-founded visionary Pollinator.coop this Spring, offering Millay Arts alumni the opportunity to participate in a virtual, five-week residency of mutual support this May.

Pollinator matches participants in a curated cohort of aligned professionals. Alumni, staff, and leaders from organizations in our network can use this opportunity to deepen their network while focusing on both personal and professional development.

The goal of Pollinator is to strengthen our shared cultural ecosystems through focused cross-pollination.
