Wendy Clough holds a BA in Studio Art from Middlebury College and an MFA in painting and drawing from the University of Colorado. She currently lives in Colorado and spends part of each year in New Hampshire. She has exhibited widely and has taught as an instructor at the University of Colorado. Past solo and group exhibitions include Edge Gallery in Denver, Colorado, the Canyon Gallery in Boulder, Colorado, the Roger Smith Gallery in New York City, the House of Serein in Boulder, Colorado, the Pindar Gallery in New York City, The Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Portland Museum of Art in Portland, Maine. Her solo exhibition, “Landscape in Transformation,” was on view through December 2024 at the Davidow Center for Art at Colby-Sawyer College. Her work is in collections of Middlebury College; the Roger Smith Hotel; Lazar Lipton Valuation Services; Jacobs, Chase, Frick and Kelleye, LLC; and numerous private collections. She has won awards from the Arts and Humanities Assembly of Boulder, the Boulder Arts Commission, and the University of Colorado.
