Steve Zane is a photographer and the Owner and Founder of Verichrome, a print and photography studio specializing in high end color correction, fine art editions, and large scale giclée prints, among other print services. Verichrome partners with the estates of renowned artists like Picasso, Matisse, Miró, and the de Koonings; with museums, including MoMA, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and LACMA; as well as with private collectors, artists, and photographers.
Before establishing Verichrome in Providence, Rhode Island, Zane worked as the Manager of Design and Production of Print Media at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Zane studied art history with a specialization in the history of photographic processes at both New York University and Rochester Institute of Technology.
