Samuel T. Adams won a Schwinn bicycle at a Third Grade fair raffle. When the local paper showed up to document the event, Adams’ eyes were swollen shut due to hay fever.
He finished his Eigth Grade Geometry class with an A+, having aced nearly every test, plus solving the bonus questions. He received an award, then subsequently received a C+ in Algebra the following year.
He lives and works in Brooklyn, New York.
