I believe that psychotherapy works best when it encourages curiosity and creativity towards oneself and the world. Together, we’ll look at how ways of thinking, feeling and behaving may be limiting your ability to achieve goals and to develop fulfilling relationships. I am a psychodynamic-oriented therapist, providing insight-oriented psychotherapy and behavioral interventions tailored to the individual.

Originally from New York City, with a background in the visual arts, I have worked therapeutically with people from a diverse range of cultures, with varied identities and values. I have treated individuals with a wide continuum of symptoms and challenges, including a history of trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, schizophrenia and dual diagnoses. I worked as a clinician within the Mount Sinai Health system for five years. I’m currently a second-year fellow at the Training Institute for Mental Health as well as a clinician in private practice. I am a member of The National Association of Social Workers and The New York State Society for Clinical Social Work.
