Raina Bajpai is a visual artist living and working in Bushwick, Brooklyn. She holds an MFA from Stanford University, a BFA and BA from the University of Dayton, attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, and participated in the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council Artists Summer Institute. She has exhibited internationally. Raina is the recipient of a Ludwig Vogelstein Foundation Grant and the Lois Gill Proulx Award in Painting, and has benefited from many fellowships and residencies, including Ucross, Blue Mountain Center, Ragdale, Montalvo Art Center, the Centrum Foundation for the Arts, the Hambidge Center for the Arts, the Dorland Mountain Arts, Studios Midwest, and the Vermont Studio Center.
Raina recently completed the Fall 2019 Metropolitan Museum of Art Copyist Program and had an exhibition at Figureworks Gallery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
