Meredith Barchat

Meredith Barchat is an artist from New York City. She previously lived in Ithaca and, while there, worked on the famous The Moosewood Cookbook. Barchat has exhibited at The Gallery in Hastings-on-Hudson in New York. She has also been a resident at MacDowell.
