Joanna Kiernan is a filmmaker and documentary editor from Los Angeles, California. She earned a BA in Painting and Filmmaking from St. Martins School of Art in London and an MFA in Filmmaking from the University of California, San Diego. She has been working as a documentary editor for 20 years and her works include the feature film, Azul, and more recently, JANZ In the Moment, as well as many stand-alone documentaries for PBS and episodes of Frontline and Art 21.
