I live, work, and get to my day job in New York City. Pushed hard to make my painting after a big life change brought me east in the late 1990s. Boots on the ground, I was fortunate to be based in Williamsburg when there was a community that could could support the efforts of the artists living there. Sideshow Gallery, Art 101, Four Walls, Pierogi, and more, thank you for being there. Residencies at Yaddo, and Millay Arts in 2015–2016 made all the difference when studio space was still so hard to come by. I received a Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant in 2017, and am still working, and grateful every day.
