Celina Patterson has worked for the State of Oregon for nearly two decades in the Oregon Building Codes Division. Previously, she was a Photography Instructor at Portland Community College. She has an Environmental Law Degree from Lewis & Clark College and an MFA in Photography from the Massachusetts College of Art. She lives and works in Salem, Oregon.
